Extending Christ’s Love to those in Need
“Defend the weak and the fatherless; uphold the cause of the poor and the oppressed. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked.”
Psalm 82:3–4
God calls us to love and stand up for people who are hurting—those facing tragedy, crisis, abuse, or abandonment. We’re also called to care for orphans, widows, the poor, and immigrants and to speak up for those who can’t speak for themselves. Through this vision, your gift will build upon the work of the first generation of our church and create new opportunities to make an impact. As we invest together, the love of Christ will reach the ones who are hurting.
