Fort Lauderdale campus – the union building (cya & youth)
The progress in the Union continues, and the project is coming into shape! The focus has shifted to the eastern portion of the building. Walls have been framed, electrical and plumbing run, and drywall is being hung. We’re not far from adding the finishing touches and officially opening the space for ministries to enjoy!
Fort Lauderdale – youth building addition
The Youth Building is progressing nicely in planning. We’re conducting structural tests and ensuring the plans match the existing conditions. Soon, the vision will come into closer focus as we tweak the design and ensure the improvements will meet the mission of the ministries it will serve. We’re also excited about interior enhancements for all of our youth and children’s spaces across the campus. More to come!
Fort Lauderdale west campus – k-3rd grade cca & calvary EspaÑol
The plans are being tweaked for final permit submission before the end of 2025. Please be praying for the team as they dot all the i’s and cross the t’s while finalizing the plans. Please also pray for wisdom for a small team tasked with selecting a final builder. Big decisions, but exciting times!
Plantation Campus Master Plan
Because of your generosity this past year, the cafe remodel and classroom additions have been completed and are now open!
- We’re expanding the cafe seating to include an outdoor space. More to come on that soon!
- A new sanctuary seating design is in progress. Audio/visual and ingress/egress for congregants is part of the design improvements. Lots happening, right?
- And if that wasn’t enough, we got great news from the September 30 meeting with the City of Plantation. We received positive feedback with some homework to do. But we received the green light to move forward, which is what we prayed for.
- UPDATE: The city meeting was a success! The Plantation DRC commission approved Calvary’s plan (pending a few final details), allowing us to proceed to the Plantation City Commission for final approval of the site plan.
Boca Master Plan
Great news from the City of Boca Raton. The Boca CAB (Community Appearance Board) liked the plans and expressed their appreciation for what Calvary adds to the community—encouraging on both fronts!
We have some homework to do before the next City of Boca Raton submission, which is in December. Please pray the team continues to work in lockstep as we progress to the next step in the process.
Check out these updated renderings that will create space for incredible ministry. Aren’t they great?
Boynton Beach Campus – Youth & Cafe Addition
This vision is in the design stage. We’ve finalized the site plan and are working on construction documents (how exactly we plan to build the addition). The campus has needs and opportunities, and we’re excited! Looking ahead to an expanded and brand-new cafe, expanded and remodeled youth space, an additional school classroom, a fresh backyard, and an elevated facade. Win-win-win!
north lauderdale campus
We’re excited to announce that the new youth room has been completed! And because we came in under budget (imagine that!), we were able to complete improvements to the lobby and sanctuary: new ceiling tiles, new flooring, and new doors. And there’s more! We added a counseling room. A much-needed addition for the North Lauderdale team. Check out these pictures of the space.
west boca campus
We’re talking with vendors about building a backyard pavilion—a space that can support so many ministries—more info to come. The after school program is in ministry design and outreach is already underway to more kids in this community. More good news on the way!

calvary house
Lots of good progress has been made over the past month. We’ve done a deep dive in the needs for Calvary House and identified the location and footprint for a building to meet those needs. We’re still in that study, which will result in the “highest and best” plan!
downtown campus
Plans continue to progress. We’re working with HOPE to develop the most effective layout for the multi-faceted ministry, which takes place on the downtown campus. Check out these really early renderings.
